Die derzeit vorhandenen und die künftigen Lifestyle-Gruppen, die auf nachstehender Fotostrecke zu sehen sind, wurden als diejenigen identifiziert, für die das Viertel für die nächsten zehn Jahre geplant wird. Sie wurden unter Berücksichtigung der allgemeinen demographischen Prozesse und der spezifischen politischen Ziele für dieses Viertel definiert.
Diese Fotostrecke reflektiert die Lebensbedingungen und das soziale Umfeld, die für die vorstehend identifizierten Lifestyle-Gruppen attraktiv sind. Außerdem ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Leute entweder eine komfortable Wohnung suchen, z.B. mit nahe gelegenem Parkplatz, was dazu führt, dass das Viertel im Wettbewerb zu den Vororten steht, oder sie suchen ein soziales Umfeld und Lebensbedingungen, die von einem hohen Maß an Individualität geprägt sind.
